How did you come up with the idea for this story?

I wanted to retell the popular fairytale, “Hansel and Gretl” with a dystopian twist.

What was the biggest challenge in writing it?

My biggest challenge was learning to write in second person and in the present tense.

What advice can you give players about the story in advance?

My biggest piece of advice is to have fun. There’s no wrong way to play. If you end up dying, you can always play again!

What other projects / stories do you have planned?

I’m writing the script for a Magical Girl themed 2D game. I’m pretty excited.

What is special about your story? Or why should I play your story?

Admon and Cynth are wards of the state. Despite having guardians, they have no one to rely on but themselves. And while they’re faced with insufferable odds, they’re clever enough to evade capture, escape death, and protect their city
